REPLACEMENT PARTS
Flip the master switch to the
ON position
No beep or flashing
green light in about 5
seconds
Make sure control board is
connected to battery pack wire
harness. Make sure AC
adaptor is plugged into control
Battery polarity wrong?
Reinstall batteries correctly.
Batteries low?
Change batteries.
AC adaptor plugged into
junction box?
Plug the AC adaptor in
Press the wall switch to the
ON position
No beep
Check wiring connections
between switch and board
Correct wiring if necessary
No sound from
valve indicating
pilot solenoid
opened
Check wiring connections
between valve and board
Correct wiring if necessary
No spark at pilot
Inspect gray ignitor wire
connection at board and pilot.
Reconnect wire if disconnected.
Replace ignitor wire if damaged.
Pilot doesn't light
Check gas supply.
Check that ground
wire has solid
connection
Adjust sparker position such that the
spark is in the path of the gas flow or
replace the pilot
Main burner
doesn't light
Flame not engulfing flame
sensor or pilot flame too
Adjust sensor position or replace the
pilot.
Cold climate switch
No function Check the cold climate switch and control
Replace cold climate switch
