Use the FUNCTION dial to select “Rotisserie”. Using the TEMPERATURE
dial, select desired temperature. A medium high to high heat (around
375°F) is best for this type of cooking. Turn the timer dial to desired
cooking time to turn on the unit and begin cooking process.
The Rotisserie function can be inactivated at any time during the
cooking process. To do so, simply switch the Function dial from
“Rotisserie” to “Air Fry.”
Once the cooking time has elapsed, a bell will ring, and heating
elements and rotisserie will turn off. Carefully remove the rotisserie rod
from the oven using the provided rotisserie handle and enjoy!
CAUTION: Rotisserie accessories are very sharp and will likely get very hot
during the cooking process. Be careful and use oven mitts to avoid
personal injury.
KEEP WARM
Use your MAXX Air Fryer Oven to slowly reheat foods or keep them warm
using the “Keep Warm” function.
Place the desired baking pan, basket, or grill rack with food inside the
oven. If reheating/keeping warm greasy or moist foods that may drip,
place baking pan / drip tray at the bottom to catch any grease or
crumbs.
Use the FUNCTION dial to select “Keep Warm.” Use temperature dial to
turn to 170°F (marked KEEP WARM). Turn timer dial to desired time to
turn on the unit.
Note that the “Keep Warm” function does not use the fan.
NOTE: Except for “Bake” and “Keep Warm,” all functions are fan-assisted.
