□ Install (4)M4×10 Screws as shown to the leg marked “5A”. Do not fully tighten the screws at this
time. (A)
□ Attach one end of Side Upper Rail to the leg, tighten the screws and attach with another

10 Screw.(B)
□ Attach one end of Side Lower Rail to the leg, tighten the screws. (B)
□ Install
(4)M4×10 Screws as shown to the leg marked “5B”. Do not fully tighten the screws at this
time. (C)
□ Attach another end of Side Upper Rail and Side Lower Rail to the “5B” Leg, tighten the screws.
