Important : The remote control/Receiver for this appliance comes pre-coded for your convenience and does not require to be
re-coded after changing batteries in the hand held. As long as there is 120 volt power to the appliance and a 9 volt battery in
the remote handset this will operate as normal.
If the remote for some reason ever required to be re-coded, follow these instructions below:
1. Press and hold the receiver’s reset button until you hear two (2) beeps. The first beep is short. To gain access to the receiver
reset button you will need to use the tool provided (see unit instruction manual) A flashlight may be required to visually see
the reset button.
2. Within the subsequent 20 seconds of pressing and holding the reset button, press the small flame icon button on the handset
until you hear two additional short beeps confirming the code is set. If you hear one long beep. this indicates the code learning
sequence has failed or the wiring is incorrect. A 9 volt battery is required in the hand held when coding the remote handheld.
