Loss of power
CAUSE
• Cuttingtoo much grass/too
fast.
• Throttle in =CHOKE" positioo.
• Build-upof gross, leaves and
trash under mower.
• Dirtyair filter.
• Low oillevel/dirty oil.
• Faultyspark plug.
• Dirtyfuel filter.
• Stele or dirtyfuel.
• Water in fuel.

• Spark plug wire loose.
CORRECTION
• Set in "Higher Cut"posi-
fion/reducespeed.
• Adjustthrottle control.
• Clean underside of mower hous-
ing.
• Clean/replace air tilter.
• Check oil level/change oil.
• Clean and regap or change
spark plug.
• Replace fuel tilter.
• Drain fuel tank and refillwith
fresh gasoline.
• Drain fuel tank and carburetor,
refilltank with fresh gasoline and
replace fuel tilter.
• Connect and tighten spark plug
wire.
Clean engine air screen/tins.
Clean/replece muffler.
Check all wiring.
