TROUBLE SHOOTING -- GENERAL
TROUBLE PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
Discard Blade and usea different blade.
See "Adjustments" section "Miter Gauge.'"
Sharpen or replace blade.
Excessive vibration.
Cannot make square
Cut when crosscutting.
Cut binds, burns or
stalls motor when
ripping.
1. Blade out of balance.

TROUBLE SHOOTING -- MOTOR
NOTE: Motors used on wood-working tools are particularly
susceptible to the accumulation of sawdust and wood chips
and should be blown out or *'vacuumed" frequently to
prevent interference with normal motor ventilation.
NOTE: The starting relay is a GRAVITY SENSITIVE
TYPE. NEVER TURN THE POWER ON WHILE THE SAW
IS UPSIDE DOWN AS THIS WILL DAMAGE THE
MOTOR.
TROUBLE PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
Excessivenoise. 1. Motor. 1. Have motor checked by qualified service
