GREASE FILTERS (OPTIONAL COMPONENT, CAN BE PURCHASED
SEPARATELY)
■ A special screen can be tted at the back of the oven to catch grease particles, mainly
when meat is being roasted.
Slide in the grease lters on the back of the oven as in g. 19 (one for each fan).
■ Clean the lters after any cooking!
The grease lters can be removed for cleaning and should be washed regularly in hot
soapy water.
Always clean the lters after cooking as any solid residues on it might adversely affect
the oven performance.
■ Always dry the lters properly before tting it back into the oven.
CAUTION: When baking pastry etc. these lters should be removed.
