Follow your progress with the display.

CAUTION: ifyouhaveheartprob-
lems, or if you are over 60 years of age and
have been inactive, do not use the heart rate
programs, ff you are taking medication regu-
larly, consult your physician to find whether the
medication will affect your exercise heart rate.
When you are finished exercising, remove the
key from the console.
When the program has ended, make sure that
the incline of the treadmill is at the Jowest set-
ting. Next, remove the key from the consob and
put it in a safe place,Note: If the display remains
tit after the key is removed, the console is in
the "demo" mode. See page 22 and turn off the
demo mode.
When you are finished using the treadmill,
switch the reseL/off circuit breaker to the "off"
position and unplug the power cord.
Insert the key into the consote.

display and the maximum
speed setting of the pro-
gram wiii begin to flash, if
desired, press the Speed + and - buttons to
change the maximum speed setting, Then, press
the Start button (the program wiii not start at this
time),
