Q: The add water light is on even though there is water being pumped through the water line (connected to the faucet). The filter is clean. It seems like there's a sensor not working or the water inlet valve is faulty. Suggestions on how I might fix? Thanks so much! Reply

Q: My ice maker is barely producing ice. It also seems to feel warmer than usual on the back of the unit. I have cleaned it and unplugged it and let it defrost as well. Still no luck. Reply
