My ice machine is stuck on clean cycle. When it is finished I push on/off button and it will run for a minute and go back to clean cycle.
This will not make ice. It just keeps going to the clean cycle. No matter what I do. I have read and tried all the above and all the videos and yet it will go right back to clean mode. This is about to become a item I take to the rage room and destroy since I can't get no answers or money back from the manufacturer.

Try to run the clean cycle while letting the hoses drain and restart. If this issue persists, please contact THEREYE Consumer Service via [email protected]
1 likeThe add water light is on even though there is water being pumped through the water line (connected to the faucet). The filter is clean. It seems like there's a sensor not working or the water inlet valve is faulty. Suggestions on how I might fix? Thanks so much!

My icemaker is constantly squealing. What could be causing this?
If you are hooked to a household water source you may have an airlock in the little white hose just turn off the water and undo the hose from it let some water run through the white hose and then put it back in there and it finally took care of it.

A loose water drain cap could cause overfilling of the water reservoir or malfunctioning components. To troubleshoot, ensure the water drain cap is properly plugged, defrost the ice maker, and check for any visible damage or blockages.
how do I clean
Fill with clean water and run through a clean cycle then drain by both tubes on the back wipe inside out. Also remove the small intake filter in the bottom of the resolver and wash out.

You can cycle the on/off button between run and clean I think 6 times and it will reset. Or just flick it to run and it will eventually start. The unit has a automatic purge function that Is designed to flush out any left over ice machine cleaner.
Wait 30 minutes for the ice maker to return to normal. Or you can press hol the "Clean" Button to start cleaning, then press "ON/OFF" to restart after cleaning is done. https://manualsfile.com/product/k28ywaiuj43.html?page=17
1 likeDidn't work for me...even unplugged for couple hours, plugged back in and will run for awhile (not making ice) then back to clean
