Control Knob
The control knob may be removed for easier
cleaning
Make sure the knob is in the PROOF
position and pull it straight off the stem
fiw cleaning,
The knob can be cleaned in a dishwasher
or it may also be washed with soap and
wateI: Make sure file inside of the knob
is dry before replacing.
Replace the knob in the PROOFposidon
to ensure proper placement.
