ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 7
Refer to the illustration below. Attach the SMALL HAND HOLD(15) and LARGE HAND HOLD(16) to the
PULL-UP BAR(8) with SOCKET HEAD BOLTS(M10x1.5x55mm)(31), ARC WASHERS(M10)(34), and
NYLOCK NUTS(M10x1.5)(40).
STEP 8
Attach the PULL-UP BAR(8) to both the UPRIGHTS(7) with HEX BOLTS(M8x1.25x50mm)(30) and
ARC WASHERS(M8)(35).
NOTICE: Prior to tightening all the bolts, move the STAMINA

AMRAP Power Tower to the
location where it will be used. This will allow the unit to sit more evenly on the oor
where it will be used in case the previous location where it was assembled was not
level.
SECURELY TIGHTEN ALL OF THE BOLTS FROM STEP 1 TO STEP 8.
