CUSTOM BROIL pad and press the •
Temp pad until "325°F '' shows on the small
display.
NOTE: If the Temp pad is held down,
the temperature will change faster.
• If you want food to broil slower from SS
the start, press CUSTOM BROIL and
press the • Temp pad so a temperature L.___..I
between 170°F and 500°F (75°C and
260°C) shows on the small display.
Lower temperature settings let the broil
heating element cycle and slow cooking
results. The lower the temperature, the I A I
slower the cooking.
NOTE: Thicker cuts and unevenly shaped
pieces of meat, fish and poultry may cook
better if you use lower broiling
temperatures.
