Abnormal shutdown
Freeze sensor has tripped. Outer temperature is too low or all air nozzles are closed.
Not cool enough
Refrigerant leakage

set to cooling.
Set the rooftop air conditioner to cooling.
The room temperature is higher
than set-point temperature.
