#1 Dose it vibrate?

Well mine doesn’t vibrate. I’ve been using the fan for a few months now and it works perfectly.

#2 How tall is this fan at its lowest and highest ?

At it's lowest, from base to top of the fan guard is approximately 89cm - at it's tallest, approximately 125cm.

#3 Is the wiring inside the pedestal column?

No, the wiring is outside and attached to the motor head. It is long enough for the fan to be placed a few feet away from a plug point, but I would have liked it to be a bit longer- that would have given me more placement options.
