5. Troubleshooting
The device is not working:
–
Check that all connections are connected correctly.
–
Check for aburned fuse.
No audio
–
Check that the loudspeakers are connected correctly.
The device has "frozen”
–
Turn off the device and restart it or disconnect it from the power supply and reconnect
it.
The device does not respond to any button pressing
–
Turn off the device and restart it or disconnect it from the power supply
and reconnect it.
Weak reception or unavailable radio signal
–
Check whether the antenna is connected and the quality connection cable is not
interrupted.

The antenna is not long enough. Extend the length of the antenna.
–
The antenna is not thoroughly grounded. Thoroughly ground the antenna.
No stereo signal reception
–
Tune exactly to the required frequency.
–
The signal is too weak, set to the MONO mode.
Remote control is not working
–
Replace the battery in the remote control.
–
Point the remote control at the remote control sensor on the main unit.
–
Clean the surface of the sensor.
Note:
If you have performed all the above mentioned steps and the device still does not
work, please contact your vendor. Never attempt to disassemble or repair the device
yourself.
