WARNING
Some dust created by power
sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling and other
construction activities contains chemicals
known to the state of California to cause
cancer, birth defects or other reproductive
harm. Some examples of these chemicals
are:

GENERAL POWER TOOL
SAFETY WARNINGS
WARNING
Read all safety warnings and
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings
and instructions may result in electric shock,
re and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for

The term power tool in the warnings refers to
your electric (corded) power tool or battery-
operated (cordless) power tool.
WORK AREA SAFETY
• Keep work area clean and well lit.
Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
• Do not operate power tools in explosive
atmospheres, such as in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases or dust.Power
tools create sparks which may ignite the dust
or fumes.
.• Keep children and bystanders away
while operating a power tool. Distractions
can cause you to lose control.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
• Power tool plugs must match the outlet.
Never modify the plug in any way. Do not
use any adapter plugs with grounded power
tools. Unmodied plugs and matching outlets
will reduce risk of electric shock.
• Avoid body contact with grounded
surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges
and refrigerators. There is an increased risk
of electric shock if your body is grounded.
• Do not expose power tools to rain or wet
conditions. Water entering a power tool will
increase the risk of electric shock.
• Do not abuse the cord. Never use the
cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging
the power tool. Keep cord away from heat,
oil, sharp edges or moving parts.Damaged
or entangled cords increase the risk of electric
shock.
• When operating a power tool outdoors,
use an extension cord suitable for outdoor
use.Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use
reduces the risk of electric shock.
• If operating a power tool in a damp
location is unavoidable, use a residual
current device (RCD) protected supply. Use
of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
PERSONAL SAFETY
• Stay alert, watch what you are doing
and use common sense when operating a
power tool. Do not use a power tool while
you are tired or under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medication.A moment of
inattention while operating power tools may
result in serious personal injury.
• Use personal protective equipment.
Always wear eye protection.Protective
equipment such as dust mask, non-skid safety
shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used
for appropriate conditions will reduce personal
injuries.
• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure
the switch is in the off-position before
connecting to power source and/or battery
pack, picking up or carrying the tool.
Carrying power tools with your nger on the
switch or energizing power tools that have the
switch on invites accidents.
• Remove any adjusting key or wrench

before turning the power tool on.A wrench or
a key left attached to a rotating part of the power
tool may result in personal injury.
• Do not overreach. Keep proper footing
and balance at all times.This enables better
control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
• Dress properly. Do not wear loose
clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing
and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothes, jewelry or long hair can be caught in
moving parts.
• If devices are provided for the connection
of dust extraction and collection facilities,
ensure these are connected and properly
used. Use of dust collection can reduce dust-
related hazards.
POWER TOOL USE AND CARE
• Do not force the power tool. Use the
correct power tool for your application. The
correct power tool will do the job better and safer
at the rate for which it was designed.
• Do not use the power tool if the switch
does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that
cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous
and must be repaired.
• Disconnect the plug from the power
source and/or the battery pack from the
power tool before making any adjustments,
changing accessories, or storing power
tools.Such preventive safety measures reduce
the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
• Store idle power tools out of the reach of
children and do not allow persons unfamiliar
with the power tool or these instructions
to operate the power tool.Power tools are
dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
• Maintain power tools. Check for
misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts and any other condition
that may affect the power tools operation.
If damaged, have the power tool repaired
before use.Many accidents are caused by
poorly maintained power tools.
• Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.
Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp
cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier
to control.
• Use the power tool, accessories and
tool bits etc., in accordance with these
instructions and in the manner intended
for the particular type of power tool, taking
into account the working conditions and the
work to be performed. Use of the power tool
for operations different from those intended could
result in a hazardous situation.
SERVICE
• Have your power tool serviced by a
qualified repair person using only identical
replacement parts. This will ensure that the
safety of the power tool is maintained.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL
OPERATIONS
Safety Warnings Common for Grinding or
Abrasive Cutting-Off Operations:
• This power tool is intended to function
as a grinder, sander, wire brush, polisher
or cut-off tool. Read all safety warnings,
instructions, illustrations and specifications
provided with this power tool. Failure to follow
all instructions listed below may result in electric
shock, re and/or serious injury.
• Operations such as sanding, wire
brushing, polishing are not recommended to
be performed with this power tool.Operations
for which the power tool was not designed may
create a hazard and cause personal injury.
• Do not use accessories which are not
specifically designed and recommended
by the tool manufacturer. Just because the
accessory can be attached to your power tool, it
does not assure safe operation.
• The rated speed of the accessory must be
at least equal to the maximum speed marked
on the power tool. Accessories running faster
than their RATED SPEED can break and y
apart.
• The outside diameter and the thickness of
your accessory must be within the capacity
rating of your power tool. Incorrectly sized
accessories cannot be adequately guarded or
controlled.
• Threaded mounting of accessories
must match the GRINDER spindle thread.
For accessories mounted by FLANGES,
the arbour hole of the accessory must
fit the locating diameter of the FLANGE.
Accessories that do not match the mounting
hardware of the power tool will run out of balance,

vibrate excessively and may cause loss of control.
• Do not use a damaged accessory. Before
each use inspect the accessory such as
abrasive wheels for chips and cracks,
backing pad for cracks, tear or excess
wear, wire brush for loose or cracked wires.
If power tool or accessory is dropped,
inspect for damage or install an undamaged
accessory. After inspecting and installing an
accessory, position yourself and bystanders
away from the plane of the rotating accessory
and run the power tool at maximum no-load
speed for one minute.Damaged accessories
will normally break apart during this test time.
• Wear personal protective equipment.
Depending on application, use face
shield, safety goggles or safety glasses.
As appropriate, wear dust mask, hearing
protectors, gloves and workshop apron
capable of stopping small abrasive or
workpiece fragments. The eye protection must
be capable of stopping ying debris generated by
various operations. The dust mask or respirator
must be capable of ltrating particles generated
by your operation. Prolonged exposure to high
intensity noise may cause hearing loss.
• Keep bystanders a safe distance away
from work area. Anyone entering the
work area must wear personal protective
equipment.Fragments of workpiece or of a
broken accessory may y away and cause injury
beyond immediate area of operation.
• Hold the power tool by insulated
gripping surfaces only, when performing
an operation where the cutting accessory
may contact hidden wiring or its own cord.
Cutting accessory contacting a “live” wire may
make exposed metal parts of the power tool “live”
and could give the operator an electric shock.
• Position the cord clear of the spinning
accessory. If you lose control, the cord may
be cut or snagged and your hand or arm may be
pulled into the spinning accessory.
• Never lay the power tool down until the
accessory has come to a complete stop.The
spinning accessory may grab the surface and
pull the power tool out of your control.
• Do not run the power tool while carrying it
at your side.Accidental contact with the spinning
accessory could snag your clothing, pulling the
accessory into your body.
• Regularly clean the power tool’s air
vents.The motor’s fan will draw the dust inside
the housing and excessive accumulation of
powdered metal may cause electrical hazards.
• Do not operate the power tool near
flammable materials. Sparks could ignite these
materials.
• Do not use accessories that require liquid
coolants. Using water or other liquid coolants
may result in electrocution or shock.

Kickback and Related Warnings
Kickback is a sudden reaction to a pinched or
snagged rotating wheel, backing pad, brush
or any other accessory. Pinching or snagging
causes rapid stalling of the rotating accessory
which in turn causes the uncontrolled power
tool to be forced in the direction opposite of the
accessory’s rotation at the point of the binding.
For example, if an abrasive wheel is snagged or
pinched by the workpiece, the edge of the wheel
that is entering into the pinch point can dig into
the surface of the material causing the wheel to
climb out or kick out. The wheel may either jump
toward or away from the operator, depending on
direction of the wheel’s movement at the point of
pinching. Abrasive wheels may also break under
these conditions.
Kickback is the result of power tool misuse and/or
incorrect operating procedures or conditions and
canbe avoided by taking proper precautions as
given below.
• Maintain a firm grip on the power tool and
position your body and arm to allow you to
resist kickback forces. Always use auxiliary
handle, if provided, for maximum control
over kickback or torque reaction during start-
up. The operator can control torque reactions or
kickback forces, if proper precautions are taken.
• Never place your hand near the rotating
accessory.Accessory may kickback over your
hand.
• Do not position your body in the area
where power tool will move if kickback
occurs.Kickback will propel the tool in direction
opposite to the wheel’s movement at the point of
snagging.
• Use special care when working corners,
sharp edges etc. Avoid bouncing and
snagging the accessory. Corners, sharp
edges or bouncing have a tendency to snag the
rotating accessory and cause loss of control or
kickback.
• Do not attach a saw chain woodcarving

blade or toothed saw blade. Such blades
create frequent kickback and loss of control.
Additional safety instructions for grinding
and cutting-off operations
Safety Warnings Specific for Grinding and
Abrasive Cutting-Off Operations:
• Use only wheel types that are
recommended for your power tool and the
specific guard designed for the selected
wheel. Wheels for which the power tool was not
designed cannot be adequately guarded and are
unsafe.
• The grinding surface of centre depressed
wheels must be mounted below the plane of
the guard lip. An improperly mounted wheel that
projects through the plane of the guard lip cannot
be adequately protected.
• The guard must be securely attached to
the power tool and positioned for maximum
safety, so the least amount of wheel is
exposed towards the operator.The guard
helps to protect the operator from broken wheel
fragments, accidental contact with wheel and
sparks that could ignite clothing.
• Wheels must be used only for
recommended applications. For example:
do not grind with the side of cut-off wheel.
Abrasive cut-off wheels are intended for
peripheral grinding, side forces applied to these
wheels may cause them to shatter.
• Always use undamaged wheel fIanges
that are of correct size and shape for your
selected wheel.Proper wheel anges support
the wheel thus reducing the possibility of wheel
breakage. anges for cut-off wheels may be
different from grinding wheel fIanges.
• Do not use worn down wheels from
larger power tools.Wheel intended for larger
power tool is not suitable for the higher speed of a
smaller tool and may burst.
Additional safety instructions for cutting-off
operations
Additional Safety Warnings Specific for
Abrasive Cutting-Off Operations:
• Do not jam the cut-off wheel or apply
excessive pressure. Do not attempt to make
an excessive depth of cut. Overstressing the
wheel increases the loading and susceptibility to
twisting or binding of the wheel in the cut and the
possibility of kickback or wheel breakage.
• Do not position your body in line with and
behind the rotating wheel. When the wheel,
at the point of operation, is moving away from
your body, the possible kickback may propel the
spinning wheel and the power tool directly at you.
• When wheel is binding or when
interrupting a cut for any reason, switch
off the power tool and hold the power tool
motionless until the wheel comes to a
complete stop. Never attempt to remove the
cut-off wheel from the cut while the wheel
is in motion otherwise kickback may occur.
Investigate and take corrective action to eliminate
the cause of wheel binding.
• Do not restart the cutting operation in the
workpiece. Let the wheel reach full speed
and carefully reenter the cut. The wheel may
bind, walk up or kickback if the power tool is
restarted in the workpiece.
• Support panels or any oversized
workpiece to minimize the risk of wheel
pinching and kickback. Large workpieces tend
to sag under their own weight. Supports must be
placed under the workpiece near the line of cut
and near the edge of the workpiece on both sides
of the wheel.
• Use extra caution when making a “pocket
cut” into existing walls or other blind areas.
The protruding wheel may cut gas or water
pipes, electrical wiring or objects that can cause
kickback.

The operation of any tool can result in foreign objects being thrown into your
eyes, which can result in severe eye damage. Before beginning any operation,
always wear safety goggles or safety glasses with side shields and a full face

DOUBLE INSULATION
Double insulation is a safety concept for electric power tools, which eliminates
the need for the usual three-wire grounded power cord. All exposed metal parts
are isolated from the internal metal motor components with protecting insulation.
Double insulated tools do not need to be grounded.
WARNING
The double insulated system is intended to protect the user from shock resulting from
a break in the tool’s internal wiring. Observe all normal safety precautions to avoid electrical shock.
IMPORTANT: Servicing a tool with double insulation requires extreme care and knowledge
of the system and should be performed only by a qualied service technician. Always use the
original factory replacement parts when servicing.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The Angle Grinder has a precision-built electric motor. It should be connected to a power supply that
is 120V, 60Hz AC only (normal household current). Do not operate this tool on direct current (DC). A
substantial voltage drop will cause a loss of power and the motor to overheat. If your tool does not
operate when plugged into an outlet, double-check the power supply.
USE PROPER EXTENSION CORD. Make sure your extension cord is in good condition. When us-
ing an extension cord, be sure to use one heavy enough to carry the current your product will draw.
An undersized cord will cause a drop in line voltage resulting in loss of power and overheating. Table
1 shows the correct size to use depending on cord length and nameplate ampere rating. If in doubt,
use the next heavier gage. The smaller the gage number, the heavier the cord.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Before using the tool, read the
instruction book carefully.
This tool may cause hand-arm vibration
syndrome if its use is not adequately
managed.
Intended Use
The machine is intended for cutting, roughing
and brushing metal and stone materials
without using water. For cutting metal, a special
protection guard for cutting (accessory) must be
used.
1. AUXILIARY HANDLE
For all work with the machine, the auxiliary
handle (3) must be mounted.
Screw the auxiliary handle (3) on the right or left
of the machine head depending on the working
method. (See Fig. A)
Your tool is equipped with an auxiliary handle
that can be used for storage of the spanner.
(See Fig. B)
WARNING
Do not make any alterations to
the auxiliary handle.
Do not continue to use an auxiliary handle if
it is damaged.
Before any work on the machine itself, pull
the mains plug.
Grinding and cutting discs become very hot
while working; do not touch until they have
cooled.

2. SPINDLE LOCK BUTTON
Clean the grinder spindle and all parts to be
mounted. For clamping and loosening the
grinding tools, lock the grinder spindle (7)
with the spindle lock button (4).
Actuate the spindle lock button (4) only
when the grinder spindle is at a standstill!
3. INSTALLING AND ADJUSTING THE DISC
GUARD
Make sure the grinder is unplugged before
making any adjustments.
For work with grinding discs, the disc guard
must be mounted.
The projection on the disc guard ensures that
only a guard that ts this angle grinder can
be mounted. Raise the guard clamping lever
(See Fig. C).
To install the guard align the guard projection
with the matching groove on the spindle
housing (See Fig. C). Push the guard down as
far as it will go.
Rotate the guard to a working position (See
Fig. D example).
NOTE: working position is with the closed side
of the guard toward the operator and open
side pointing directly away from the operator
to provide maximum protection against sparks
and ying debris.
Close the clamping lever to tighten (See Fig.
E example).

4. GRINDING/CUTTING DISC
Pay attention to the dimensions of the
grinding disc. The mounting hole diameter
must fit the inner flange (6) without play. Do
not use reducers or adapters.
When using a diamond cutting disc, take
care that the direction-of-rotation arrow on
the diamond cutting disc and the direction of
rotation of the machine (direction-of-rotation
arrow on the machine head) agree.

illustration page.
Screw on the outer ange (5) and tighten
with the two-pin spanner (9). (See Fig. F-1)
For SDS ange, keep the lock button
pressed in and tightened the SDS ange
with hand. (See Fig. F-2)

5. ADJUSTABLE OUTER FLANGE CLAMP-
ING
The outer ange (5) should be adjusted to suit
different disc thickness. For thinner cutting
or diamond discs the raised part of the outer
ange is tted facing away from the disc (See
Fig. G-2).
For thicker grinding discs the raised part of
the outer ange is tted facing towards the
disc to provide improved support for the disc
hole (See Fig. G-1). Always ensure your disc is
securely clamped.

6. STARTING OPERATION
To start the power tool, push the on/off switch
(1) forward.
To lock the on/off switch (1), press the on/off
switch (1) down at the front until it engages.
To switch off the power tool, release the on/
off switch (1) or, if it is locked, briey push
down the back of the on/off switch (1) and then
release it. (See Fig. H)
NOTE:
When the on/off switch (1) is locked, the
machine is on working.
1. When the power is out. The machine
stopped, the on/off switch (1) is still locked.
2. After restoration of power, the machine
cannot work directly. then on/off switch (1)
is still locked, briefly push down the back of
the on/off switch (1) and then release it.
3. To press the on/off switch (1) down at the
front until it engages.

7. WORKING INSTRUCTIONS
• Clamp the workpiece if it does not remain
stationary due to its own weight.
• Do not strain the machine so heavily that it
comes to a standstill.
• Grinding and cutting discs become very hot
while working; do not touch until they have
cooled.
• Pull the plug from the socket-outlet when
not using the machine. With the plug in-
serted and mains voltage existing, the power
tool still has low power consumption even
when it switched off.

(1) Rough Grinding
The best roughing results are achieved
when setting the machine at an angle of 30°
to 40°. Move the machine back and forth
with moderate pressure. In this manner, the
workpiece will not become too hot, does not
discolour and no grooves are formed.
WARNING
Never use a cutting disc for
roughing.
(2) Cutting
WARNING
For cutting metal, always work
with the wheel guard for cutting.
When cutting, do not press, tilt or oscillate the
machine. Work with moderate feed, adapted
to the material being cut.
Do not reduce the speed of running down
cutting discs by applying sideward pressure.
The direction in which the cutting is performed
is important.
The machine must always work in an up-
grinding motion. Therefore, never move the
machine in the other direction! Otherwise, the
danger exists of it being pushed uncontrolled
out of the cut.

DOBLE AISLAMIENTO
El doble aislamiento es un concepto de seguridad para herramientas eléctricas,
que elimina la necesidad del cable eléctrico con tierra de tres alambres habitual.
Todas las partes de metal expuestas están aisladas de los componentes de metal
internos del motor con aislamiento de protección.
Las tierras con doble aislamiento no necesitan conectarse a tierra.
El sistema de doble aislamiento está diseñado para proteger al usuario contra
choque que resulte de una ruptura en el cableado interno de la herramienta. Observe todas las pre-
cauciones normales de seguridad para evitar el choque eléctrico.
IMPORTANTE: Dar servicio a una herramienta con doble aislamiento requiere cuidado
extremo y conocimiento del sistema y sólo debe ser realizado por un técnico de servicio
calicado. Siempre use las partes de reemplazo de fábrica originales cuando dé servicio.
CONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA
La Pulidora de Ángulo tiene un motor eléctrico integrado de precisión. Se debe conectar a un sumi-
nistro de energía que tenga 120 voltios, 60 Hz, sólo CA (corriente doméstica normal). No opere esta
herramienta en corriente directa (CD). Una caída de voltaje substancial causará una pérdida de en-
ergía y el motor se sobrecalentará. Si su herramienta no opera cuando esté conectada a un enchufe,
revise de nuevo el suministro de energía.
USE EL CABLE DE EXTENSIÓN ADECUADO. Asegúrese que su cable de extensión esté en
buenas condiciones. Cuando use un cable de extensión, asegúrese usar uno lo sucientemente
fuerte para manejar la corriente que requerirá su producto. Un cable de menor capacidad causará
una caída en el voltaje de línea que resulte en una pérdida de energía y sobrecalentamiento. La Tabla
1 muestra el tamaño correcto a usar dependiendo de la longitud del cable y la capacidad de amperes
de la placa de identicación. Si tiene dudas, use el siguiente calibre mayor. Mientras menor es el
número de calibre, el cable es más pesado.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
NOTA: Antes de usar la herramienta, lea
atentamente el manual de instrucciones.
Esta herramienta puede causar síndrome
de vibración de mano-brazo si su uso no se
administra adecuadamente.
USO PREVISTO
Esta máquina ha sido diseñada para cortar,
labrar y cepillar materiales metálicos y de piedra
sin utilizar agua. Para cortar metal, se debe usar
una protección especial para corte (accesorio).
1. MANGO AUXILIAR
El mango (3) debe estar montado para
realizar cualquier operación con la
máquina.
Enrosque el mango auxiliar (3) en el cabezal
de la máquina, de acuerdo con el método
de trabajo. (Ver Fig.A) Su herramienta está
equipada con una manija auxiliar que se puede
usar para almacenamiento de la llave. (Ver
Fig. B)
No modifique el mango
auxiliar.
No continúe utilizando un mango auxiliar si
se encuentra dañado.
Antes de trabajar con la máquina, desconecte
el cable de alimentación.
Los discos de amoladura y corte alcanzan
grandes temperaturas durante su uso; no los
toque hasta que se hayan enfriado.

Limpie el eje de la amoladora y todas las
piezas a montar. Para jar y liberar las
herramientas de amoladura, je el eje de la
amoladora (7) utilizando el botón de bloqueo
de eje (4).
Accione el botón de bloqueo de eje (4) si el
disco de corte está atascado.
3. INSTALACIÓN Y AJUSTE DE
PROTECCIÓN DE DISCO
Antes de trabajar con la máquina, desconecte
el cable de alimentación.
Para trabajar con discos de amoladura o corte
debe estar montada la cubierta protectora.
La proyección codicada de la cubierta
protectora garantiza que sólo pueda montarse
la protección adecuada para el tipo de
máquina. Levante la palanca de sujeción de la
protección (Ver Fig. C).
Para instalar la protección alinee la proyección
de la protección con la ranura de empate sobre
el alojamiento del husillo (Ver Fig. C). Empuje
la protección hacia abajo tanto como se pueda.
Gire la protección a una posición de operación
(Ver Fig. D ejemplo).
NOTA: La posición de operación es con el lado
cerrado de la protección hacia el operador y el
lado abierto apuntando directamente al lado
opuesto del operador para proporcionar la
protección máxima contra chispas y desechos
expulsados.
Cierre la palanca de sujeción para apretar (Ver
Fig. E ejemplo).

4. DISCO DE AMOLADURA/CORTE
Preste atención a las dimensiones del
disco de amoladura. El diámetro del
orificio de montaje debe coincidir con la
brida interior (6) sin holgura. No utilice
reductores ni adaptadores.
Si utiliza un disco de corte de diamante,
observe que coincidan la echa de sentido de
giro del disco de corte de diamante y el sentido
de giro de la máquina (echa de sentido de
giro en el cabezal de la máquina).
Para realizar el montaje, consulte la lista de
componentes en la página de ilustraciones.
Enrosque la brida exterior (5) y apriétela con la
llave de dos pasadores (9). (Ver Fig. F-1)
Para la brida SDS, mantenga el botón de
bloqueo presionado y apriete la brida SDS con
la mano. (Ver Fig. F-2)

5. FIJACIÓN DE LA BRIDA EXTERIOR
AJUSTABLE
La brida exterior (5) debe ajustarse de acuerdo
a los diferentes grosores de los discos. Para
cortes nos o discos de diamante, la parte
levantada de la brida exterior se je mirando
hacia afuera (Ver Fig. G-2). Para discos
abrasivos gruesos, la parte levantada de la
brida exterior se je mirando hacia el disco
para sujetar mejor el agujero del disco (Ver Fig.
G-1). Verique siempre que su disco esté bien
ajustado.

6. ARRANQUE
Para arrancar la herramienta eléctrica, presione
el interruptor de encendido/apagado hacia
delante.
Para jar el interruptor de encendido/apagado,
presione el interruptor de encendido/apagado
hacia abajo y hacia delante hasta que encaje.
Para apagar la herramienta eléctrica, libere el
interruptor de encendido/apagado (1) o, si se
encuentra jado, presione brevemente la parte
trasera del interruptor de encendido/apagado (1)
y suéltelo. (Ver Fig. H)
NOTA:
Cuando el interruptor de encendido/
apagado (1) está bloqueado, la máquina está
en operación.
1. Cuando se retira la energía, la máquina
se detiene, el interruptor de encendido/
apagado (1) todavía está bloqueado.
2. Después de restaurar la energía, la
máquina no puede operar directamente. Ya
que el interruptor de encendido/apagado
(1) todavía está bloqueado, presione
brevemente la parte posterior del interruptor
de encendido/apagado (1) y libérelo.
3. Presione el interruptor de encendido/
apagado (1) al frente hasta que se conecte.

7. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
● Sujete la pieza de trabajo si no permanece ja
por su propio peso.
● No fuerce la máquina con tanta fuerza que
llegue a detenerse.
● Los discos de amoladura y corte alcanzan
grandes temperaturas durante su uso; no los
toque hasta que se hayan enfriado.
● Desconecte el cable de la toma de suministro
eléctrico mientras no esté utilizando la máquina.
Mientras el cable permanezca enchufado a la
toma de suministro eléctrico, la herramienta
continuará consumiendo un nivel bajo de
energía.

OPERACIÓN
(1) Amoladura gruesa
Los mejores resultados se consiguen
congurando la máquina en un ángulo de 30
o
a 40
o
. Desplace la máquina hacia atrás y hacia
delante aplicando una fuerza moderada. De
esta forma la pieza no se calentará demasiado,
no se decolorará y no se formarán surcos.
Nunca utilice un disco de
corte para realizar esta operación.
(2) Corte
Para cortar metal, siempre
trabaje con la protección de la rueda para corte.
No presione, incline ni balancee la máquina
mientras corta. Trabaje a una velocidad
moderada, adaptada al material a cortar.
No reduzca la velocidad del disco de corte
aplicando presión desde los laterales.
La dirección en la que se realiza el corte es
importante.
La máquina debe utilizarse realizado
movimientos ascendentes. ¡No mueva la
máquina en la otra dirección! De lo contrario
podría salir despedida sin control durante el
corte.
