You can print on transparencies from the paper tray or MP tray.

Select the Paper Size, Media Type, Paper Source, and other settings in the printer driver.
Media Type: Transparencies
Paper Source: Tray 1 (or Tray 2)
PCL (standard) printer driver
BR-Script printer driver
W
Do not touch transparencies that have just been printed because they are very hot.
Do not put more than 10 transparencies in the paper tray.
