Problem Possible Causes What To Do
Water on floor No condensate hose. • Make sure pump hose is connected if Internal Pump On
is selected.
Loose condensate hose • Make sure the condensate hose connection is tight
connection or cracked (cannot be pulled loose) and that nothing is blocking

Bucket may not be fully • Remove and reinstall bucket, making sure the bucket is fully

Bucket Full LED light Pump not operating properly • The dehumidifier will revert to bucket condensate collection
