Using the rotisserie to broil
The rotisserie is an optional accessory
for use with the Rotisserie mode.
The rotisserie can support a maximum
weight of 11 lbs (5 kg).
Slide the wire oven rack or the
FlexiClips and wire rack onto level 1.
Slide the latches on the rotisserie into
the notches of the universal tray.
Secure the meat at the middle of the
rotisserie spit using clips.
Insert the pointed end of the spit into
the rotisserie (1) and place the roller
in the holder (2) as illustrated.
Slide the universal tray and rotisserie
onto the wire oven rack or onto the
FlexiClips and wire oven rack. Insert
the drive shaft for the rotisserie motor
into the slot at the back of the oven.
Close the door.
Select the Rotisserie mode.
Set the temperature and cooking
time.
The rotisserie motor will switch on after
a slight delay. The rotation browns the
food evenly on all sides.
After cooking:
Remove the food from the oven.
Turn the oven off.
