#3 Can you stop brushes from spinning while using? In case you just
want to pull up a spill first before cleaning.
Brushes are always stopped when the handle is in an upright
position. You have two foot pedals, one for power and one to
release the handle position. When you raise the handle straight
up, brushes instantly stop but the motor keeps running until you
hit the power pedal. You can put the handle straight up and then
lower it again without turning off the power. If you want to pick
up a spill first, it would come up with the brushes running
anyway. Just don't squeeze the dispenser trigger to release the
cleaning liquid until you have removed most of the spill.
Alternatives would be to maneuver the machine over the spill
without lowering the handle or to use the hose attachment.
