AIR CLEANER
Element replacement
It must be replaced when necessary, and
should be inspected according to the
maintenance schedule.
1.Remove the engine compartment
shroud on the air cleaner.
2. Loosen the air cleaner cover attaching
clips and open the cover.
3.Wipe the inside of the air cleaner
housing with a clean, damp cloth.
4. Replace the air cleaner element. We
recommend that the air cleaner ele-
ment be replaced with genuine Kia
parts.
5. Lock the cover with the cover attaching
clips.
