Problem Cause Solution
The coee grounds are
not compact and are too
wet.
The grinding setting is too ne
or too coarse, or not enough
ground coee has been used.
Adjust the grinding unit to a
coarser or ner setting, or use
2 level measuring spoons of
ground coee.

Too many beans in the
grinding unit.
Dispensing a drink from
coee beans. Only make any
sub sequent changes to the
grinding level in small steps.
Brewing unit cannot be
inserted.
Brewing unit is in the wrong

The appliance has a fault. Proceed according to the
display screen.

although the container is
already full, or the grinder
is not grinding any beans.
Beans are not falling into the
grinding unit (beans too oily).
Gently tap the bean container.
Possibly change the type of
coee. When the bean con
tainer is empty, wipe it with a
dry cloth.
