#1 Your 2 in 1 statement makes it sound like there is a fridge
and a freezer. I thought that you can run EITHER or BOTH
sides as a TOTAL fridge or TOTAL freezer? or is this just the
FM-62DZ? .

This model is a dual zone unit and can be set for both a fridge
and freezer simultaneously. You may also use it entirely as a
fridge or a freezer.

#2 What compressor does this product use?

This item uses a hermetic crank reciprocating piston type with
direct inlet produced to meet the ETL specifications of our
freezer design and intended usage.

#3 Can this be a garage freezer, with temperatures up to 110
Fahrenheit? Is there a waterline needed? Can I have two
side by side?

This item can be used in a garage with two side by side, as
long as the vents are not covered. A water line is not needed.
