Adjusting time settings
When you set up your TV for the first time, the clock
was set up. If you move your TV to a different time
zone, you need to reset the clock to the correct
time.
Setting the clock
To set the clock:
1 Press TV-MENU. The on-screen menu opens.
2 Press

to highlight SETTINGS, then press
T
or OK. The SETTINGS menu opens.
3 Press
S
or
T
to highlight Time, then press OK.
The SETTINGS · TIME menu opens.
4 Press
S
or
T
to highlight Date/Time, then press
OK. The SETTINGS · TIME · DATE/TIME menu
opens.
5 Press

to highlight Mode, then press OK.
A menu opens.
6 Press

to highlight Manual (to set the
options manually) or Auto (the options are
automatically set by the TV signal source).
7 Press OK to close the menu.
8 Press

to highlight Time Zone, then press
OK. The TIME · TIME ZONE menu opens.
9 Press

to select your time zone, then press
OK. You can select Eastern, Central, Mountain,
Pacific, Alaska, Hawaii, Atlantic or
Newfoundland.
10 Press OK to close the menu.
11 If your viewing area observes Daylight Saving
Time, press
S

T
to highlight Daylight
Saving, then press OK.
12 Press

to select On or Off, then press OK
to close the menu.
13 If you selected Manual for Mode:
• Press

to highlight Year, Month, or Day,
then press
X
to access the setting. Press

to adjust the setting, then press OK.

to highlight Time, then press

to
access the setting. Press
W

X
to highlight
the hour, minute, or AM/PM field, then press

to adjust the setting. When you are
finished, press OK.
14 Press TV-MENU to return to the previous menu,
or press EXIT to close the menu.
