Insignia NS-RMT415 Questions and Answers

#1 What type of batteries does the unit take, and are they included?Neither the packaging nor specifications on the Best Buy website list the type of batteries the unit takes.
2 double A batteries, they are not included

#2 Is there any way to access the volume control while watching a DVD or using my Roku without having to press the TV button?
There is a feature on the remote to lock the volume control to a specific device so that you would be able to control the volume regardless of which device you currently have the remote set to control

#3 will this replace the remote (NS-RCO6A-11) that came with my tv?
This remote has universal compatibility with our newer Insignia TV (manufactured with the past couple years). Best Buy does have a 15 day return policy that would allow you to test its functionality and return the unit if you are not satisfied.

#4 Have programed the DVD to the remote NS-RMT415. which buttons open and close the door?
This depends more on the DVD, I would recommend you to try button by button and check the functions on each.
