Potato masher
The potato masher has been specially designed to make potato puree and to mash cooked peas.
Caution: Never use the potato masher to mash ingredients in a pan over direct heat. Always
remove the pan from the heat and let the ingredients cool down slightly before you mash them.
Caution: Do not mash hard or uncooked foods, as this may damage the potato masher.
Caution: Do not tap the potato masher on the side of the pan during or after mashing. Use a
spatula to remove excess food.
