Troubleshooting
Water drips from the loading door.
Fbres mght have gathered on the nner sdes of the loadng door and the loadng door
gasket. >>> Clean the nner surfaces of the loadng door and the loadng door gasket
surfaces.
Loading door opens by itself.
Loadng door mght be closed completely. >>> Push the loadng door untl the closng
sound s heard.
Water tank warning symbol is on/flashing.
Water tank may be full. >>> Empty the water tank.
Water dscharge hose mght have collapsed. >>> If the product s connected drectly to
the water dran check the water dscharge hose.
The lighting inside the drying machine does not turn on. (In models with lamp)
The dryng machne mght not have been turned on usng On/Off button. >>> Check that
the dryng machne s turned on.
Lamp mght be malfunctonng. >>> Contact Authorzed Servce to replace the lamp.
Anti-crease icon is lit.
Ant-Crease mode that prevents the laundry n the drer to crease may be actvated. >>>
Turn the drer off and remove the laundry.
Fibre filter cleaning icon is lit.
Fbre flter (nteror and exteror flter) may be unclean. >>> Wash the flters wth warm
water and dry..
A layer may be formed on the fbre flter pores that leads to cloggng. >>> Wash the
flters wth warm water and dry.
Fbre flters may not be nserted. >>> Insert the nteror and exteror flters to ther
places.
An audible warning is heard from the machine
Fbre flters may not be nserted. >>> Insert the nteror and exteror flters to ther
places.
Evaporator warning icon is flashing.
Evaporator front sde may be clogged wth fbres. >>> Clean the front sde of the
evaporator.
Fbre flters may not be nserted. >>> Insert the nteror and exteror flters to ther
places.
The lighting inside the drying machine turns on. (In models with lamp)
If the dryng machne s plugged to the power outlet, the On/Off button s pressed and
the door s open; the lght turns on. >>> Unplug the dryng machne or brng the On/Off
button to Off poston.
