BEFORE FIRST USE
Wash the jug, lid and measuring spoon in
warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Wipe exterior of appliance with a soft damp
cloth and dry thoroughly.
FROTHING HOT CHOCOLATE
1. Place appliance on a flat level surface and
plug power cord into 120V outlet.
The HOT CHOCOLATE LED light will
illuminate to indicate the appliance is in
standby mode.
2. Pour the required amount of cold fresh milk
into the jug. (Always use cold milk and fill
the jug between the MIN and MAX level
markings).
For best results pour cold fresh milk to the
"Ideal Choc" marking in the jug.
3. Secure lid onto the jug. The lid must be
flush and secured for magnetic frothing
whisk to operate properly.
4. Use the integrated measuring spoon to
measure the desired amount of chocolate or
other drinking powder.
5. Add through the wide opening on the lid.
6. Press the POWER|SELECT button to select
Hot Chocolate setting. The machine will
start frothing when the Hot Chocolate
setting indicator light starts flashing.
When the frothing cycle has finished, the
machine will stop automatically and the
indicator light will no longer illuminate.
This will take anywhere between
2–7 minutes depending on the quantity of
milk used. Pour the frothed mixture into a
cup and enjoy.

NOTE
• Always ensure that milk/liquid is added first
before adding chocolate/drinking powder.
• Do not remove the lid or jug during
operation. To stop operation at any time,
press the POWER|SELECT button once.
To add additional liquid or power during the
frothing cycle, pour via the convenient wide
opening on the lid.
• Never operate with less than minimum level
of liquid in the milk jug. The milk frother will
automatically turn off if the milk jug is empty.
If this occurs, you will need to wait for the
milk frother to cool down before re-use.
Do not exceed the MAX 8.5oz marking
inside the jug.
FROTHING CAPPUCCINO
1. Place appliance on a flat level surface and
plug power cord into 120V outlet. The HOT
CHOCOLATE LED light will illuminate to
indicate the appliance is in standby mode.
2. Pour the required amount of cold fresh milk
into the jug and cover with lid. Always use
cold milk and fill the jug between the MIN
and MAX level markings.
3. Press the POWER|SELECT button twice
and the Cappuccino setting indicator light
will flash, indicating the frothing cycle will
start.
4. When the frothing cycle has finished, the
machine will stop automatically and the
indicator light will no longer illuminate.
Pour the frothed milk into a cup and enjoy.
