OVER VOLTAGE PROTECTION (OVP)
This feature protects the product from
voltage spikes. A strong voltage spike
triggers an alarm, displays the “-UP-”
message, and deactivates Heater, Lamp,
Convection Motor, and Spit features.
Once the voltage falls back to normal
range, Over Voltage Protection (OVP)
automatically deactivates and the oven
resumes normal operation. The Over
Voltage Protection (OVP) feature can
interrupt the cooking process.
