and the time held will affect the quality of
the food.

utensils may need a higher control setting
as compared to food in metal utensils.
n Repeated opening of the drawer allows hot
air to escape and food to cool.
n Allow extra time for the temperature
inside the drawer to stabilize after adding
items.
n With large loads it may be necessary
to use a higher thermostat setting and
cover some of the cooked food items.
n Do not use plastic containers or plastic
wrap.

n Preheat on Lo setting.
n Check crispness after 45 minutes.
