Every time I try to start the washer, it runs water for about10-15 seconds, then pumps it out. Then I have to turn it off, and fiddle with it to get it to start. Also, it seems to get stuck in the spin cycle at the end. What's wrong?
Why does my washer take so long to go through one cycle...it keeps restarting in the rinse and spin cycle.
