As this product has the overheating prevention device of the motor, product will stop operation temporarily for the following conditions: - When the vacuum operates with a full dustbin. - When the vacuum operates with suction part or brush clogged. - When the Extension Crevice Tool is used for long hours. After correcting the cause of the problem, turn the product on again.

  • Hi there, I’ve only used my Samsung Pet Vacuum for 5 minutes and it has stopped. It was fully charged snd I was using it on high, however there is no poasible way that I could have used all the battery power in that timeframe. The 3 blue charging lights came on and these lights were flashing one at a time. Can you please tell me whether these flashing lights are an error message. If this id all it takes for the vacuum battery to empty then I will certainly have yo return this vacuum. That is. It satisfactory. This is only the third time the vacuum has been used. It’s brand new.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try: - Check whether a brush, dustbin or pipe is clogged with foreign matter and remove it, debris can cause the vacuum to stop working. - Check whether the filter is dirty. If it is, clean the filter. - Only use the Extension Crevice Tool for short periods, product may overheat if the Extension Crevice Tool is used for an extended period of time. - Wait up to 30 minutes and then try the vacuum again, this time may vary depending on how warm or cold the room is.
