Where can I get a tub seal for this washer?
Our new washer has E1 error message after filling water and will not wash or spin. Please help
E1 means your washer takes more than 30 minutes to fill with water. After water finishes entering your washer, the water level has not changed in five minutes.
- Make sure that the lid is not open.
- Make sure that water is not leaking. Make sure that both faucets are fully turned on.
- Make sure that the water pressure is in the range listed in Water requirements section on page 14: https://manualsfile.com/product/ph82u7p0ll.html#:~:text=hot%20water%20pipes.-,Water%20requirements,-To%20fill%20your
- Make sure that the water inlet hoses are not kinked. Straighten if necessary.
- Disconnect the hoses and clean the screens. The hose filter screens may be clogged.
If this issue persists, please contact Midea service center.
We should start a group or forum just for Jan or Jhon doe who unfortunately bought a low end appliances (without doing any research, first)and are having no luck with service or parts but with a little kindness could help each other out because we can't just afford to go buy a better product and possibly save someone days of online searching or $ I feel like she got taken by a shitty used car salesman brand new and can't even find parts or anyone to speak to

Press and hold the "Temp" button (Button 11 in User Manual at https://manualsfile.com/product/ph82u7p0ll.html#:~:text=Main%20components-,Control%20Panel,-Drainage%20requirements) for 3-5 seconds while plugging in the power cord. You should see a series of lights on the control panel or hear a beep to indicate that you're in Diagnostic Mode.
Once in Diagnostic Mode, navigate to the "Reset" or "Factory Default" option using the arrow buttons or rotary selector (if available).
You'll be prompted to confirm the reset. Make sure you're ready to perform the reset and follow any on-screen instructions.1 likewhen trying to reset machine,...nothing works no sounds --no lights,...if i put on bulky or left side of washer =machine makes a noise but >no fill ..then i put it on light load or tub clean the machine works....still do not get why the machine will NOT-RESET,..>>?

Why did I think this criterion could replace my old washer? The thing makes rattling noises if it spins at all, it won't drain, then it let's the rinse run through and won't fill up, there is no way to manually spin it without waiting for the draining. It wasn't worth the $25 I bought it for with such trouble to use it. ( I could have tolerate the old one much better, it only had off balance issues on heavy loads.)

When I push the start button or any other button the fabric softener light flashes and the washer won't start. It isn't showing any codes. Only 2 yrs old. Help I have 6 kids and can't afford to not have a washer.

Does anyone get any answers on this??? My washer is not even 2 years old and constantly throws the E1 and E2 error code. I followed all the directions in the manual - nothing works. I haven't been able to wash clothes in a week! Always gets stuck after the rinse and drain and will NOT spin after draining. VERY disappointed.

Washer keeps giving off balance code, adjust load and happens repeatedly. Will not spin fast enough to remove enough water so that laundry is not dripping wet. Tried to run it on the drain and spin cycle and will keep adding water at the end of spin portion of cycle. Washer is 2 years old. Looks like many others have this problem.
