I am having problems with this product after more than a year of ok performance. It is having issues draining water and now leaking while running. I have checked and cleaned the filters, hose line, air gap, and disposal. What is going on?

  • I'm having the same problem with the E1 code. Nothing is different with my water supply. Did you ever get an answer or get it to clear? Thank you. Barb

How do I reset the E1 code on my dishwasher. The water was shut off and apparently was attempted to run. The water is back on, but I can’t get it to clear the code so I can run a load of dishes.

The error code E1 means "longer inlet time". Faucets is not opened, or water intake is restricted, or water pressure is too low. Please try to unplug the unit from the power source or turn off the electrical breaker for 10 minutes, and then plug it back in. If still not working, please call Criterion service to assist you further.

  • I have the same problem my blinks 2H 15. Do you how to clear that?

  • User Non avatar #105920 Asia7 months ago

The display blinks 2H 15, that's perfectly normal. It just means that the delayed start feature is activated. You can keep pressing the delay start button and either cancel it completely or change it to a different delay start like 1 hour, but if you just start the cycle and let the time delay advance for 2 hours right now it will eventually start after 2 hours and then it will revert back to working normally after that wash.

My dishes are wet. Every time I wash they are wet . How do I solve that, it is new.

  • User Non avatar #102156 Asia1 year ago

If the vent does not open properly, the dishwasher will leave moisture on the dishes. Check the vent to ensure that it is functioning correctly. If the vent door is stuck in the closed position or doesn't open fully, it may need to be repaired or replaced.

  • User Non avatar #105923 Asia7 months ago

The display 2H isn't actually an error code, it just means that someone pushed the delay start button and now the unit has a 2 hour delay before it will start. It is perfectly normal and all you have to do is push delay start and the machine will do the rest.
