When opening the freezer door you were able to see the light in the back of the freezer. Now the light does not come on can someone possibly tell me why?
- Inspect the wires leading to the light. A loose or damaged connector can interrupt power to the light.
- Remove the lamp cover and check the bulb, or replace if necessary.
- Check the door switch. If the switch is stuck, broken, or disconnected, the light won’t turn on.
If this issue persists, please call for service.
The refrigerator is no longer making ice. There is no light on for the icemaker. If you push and hold the button, the light does not come on at any time.
