TV will not turn on with remote or with tv controller
How do i factory reset my tv
Once on, hold down the power button on the remote for about 5 seconds until you see "samsung smart tv" on the screen at which point the tv will reset.
How do i use the tv with no remote or wifi conne tion
You can turn on Samsung TV without a remote, you will find limited functionalities. The most likely position of the TV Controller is on the back of the TV in the bottom right corner. The control stick toggles up and down as well as side to side - the menu options will appear on the TV screen when you press the middle button.
Does it have a USB port where we can upload a video?
Yes. The USB port is located in the back of the TV with the other connection options.
Have not even taken it out of the box yet. Waiting for tv stand to place it on top of. Can you tell me what height the clearance (space) is underneath the tv?
The clearance between the table top and bottom of the screen is 1.25 inch.

It cannot be used with Bluetooth headphone.

No, this TV doesn't have Bluetooth.
The sound on my tv is very poor quality. Voices have a bass echo or background noise that is heard simultaneously with speech. I've tried setting the equalizer, but nothing changes. The store employees wouldn't even listen to it and gave me another tv which is the same way.

You will need (M8-1.25 20mm), and make sure the screws are flat on the end not tapered.

This TV is not bluetooth enabled. It also doesn't have a headphone jack nor other analog audio outputs so you won't even be able to use a bluetooth transmitter.
