Hello, we just got this gas stove two days ago. Very exciting, but at the end of using the oven, pushing the off button, the word END comes up with a little hour-glass and does not go away, which means the time (clock) never comes back, help

Person who installed this range didn’t move it to the wall. I have 1/2” gap. May I move it to the wall my self Orr I should call installation person again?
