How do I remove the bottom shelf to which the water filter is attached? I read the manual, it does NOT mention this shelf. Previously I unscrewed and removed the whole thing, but I don't want to do this again if there is another method of getting at the glass (which shows liquid drips under the glass) that is imbedded in that shelf. PLEASE HELP

How do i lock the fridge and then unlock it?
The model doesn't have this feature. The Lock function (AutoFill Pitcher) is only available on model RF28T502***.
