Where is the filter

Washer is leaving black marks on clothes. While researching this I learned it could be me washer being dirty. I cleaned with ammonia & the next cycle I ran gave me a ‘SE” code. While researching this issue I found out it could be a clogged filter but I cannot find the filter.

Do the following: 1) Turn off the unit and turn it on again. 2) Select only the Spin Cycle. 3) Press the Start/Pause to drain the water. If it still does not drain, call for service.

My washer has error cod 4 E but I have done everything and it didn’t fix it and water is coming out of the bottom not sure what to do
