Use the electronic programmable timer to set both the
time and the cooking temperature.
• As soon as you turn the selector knob, the relevant
cooking system or mode will be displayed along with
the preset temperature. The sign °C will fl ash for a few
seconds.
• Touch the (B) and (D) keys to set the desired
temperature in the range from 30 to 275 °C, in 5
°C steps. Maximum temperature is limited for some
cooking modes. Each time you touch one of the keys,
the temperature is adjusted by one step. If you touch
and hold a key, the rate at which the value is adjusted
will increase.
• Rising actual temperature in the oven will be displayed
in steps of 5 °C. As long as the temperature in the oven
is below 30°C, »--- °C« will be displayed. Symbol (7) is
also displayed, which indicates heater operation.
• Once the set oven temperature is reached, the symbol
(7) will disappear and a short beep will be emitted.
• During the cooking process, the temperature is
maintained by alternating operation of the heaters.
Each time the heaters are activated, the symbol (7) will
appear.
• Cooking temperature can be adjusted at any time.
The programmable timer o ers the option to memorize
your most frequently used temperature setting. This
function is activated by default; it can be deactivated if
desired.
• When the oven is switched on, the following will be
briefl y displayed on the display unit (6) »On« - function
activated or »OF« - function deactivated.
• When the function is activated, the timer will set the
temperature that was the most frequently set in the
last fi ve times this cooking mode was selected. Settings
for all cooking sessions lasting more than 1 minute are
recorded.
• Each oven system has a dedicated memory program.
Deactivating the adaptive function:
• Selector knob must be deactivated.
• Touch the (C) key and hold it for 3 seconds. An acoustic
signal will be emitted and the following will appear on
the display unit (6): »OF«.

• Selector knob must be deactivated.
