Congratulations on your purchase of the Pourfect Pour-Over Coee Maker from
Gourmia, exclusively designed for the coee lovers looking to perfect their craft.
This compact, battery-operated coee maker makes pour-over coee an everyday
reality. Unlike other bulky coee makers, this device was designed to be practical and
is compact enough to be easily stored after it’s been used. The key to successful pour-
over is achieving the precise ratio of grinds to water, which is why this coee maker
is equipped with an integrated scale. When using manual mode, the scale measures,
while the easy-to-use interface displays, the amount of grinds being added to the lter
as you add them. The scale then tracks how much water is poured onto the grinds in
real-time, so you can easily monitor your perfect ratio.
If you’d rather someone tell you the exact ratio than gure it out yourself, automatic
mode is what you need. Simply select your desired brew size and strength, and as
you add grinds to the lter, the scale measures and displays the remaining quantity
needed until it reaches the precise amount calculated by the integrated scale. When
you’re ready to add water, the machine will indicate how much to add and count down
as you pour, leaving you with a perfect brew you didn’t have to think twice about.

1. This appliance is for household use only.
2. Do not use appliance outdoors.
3. Remove all packaging from the appliance before using.
4. Wash and dry all removable parts of the appliance before rst use.
5. Do not operate the appliance near ammable materials, such as walls,
curtains, towels, etc.
6. To protect against re, electrical shock or injury, do not immerse unit in
water or any other liquid.
7. Do not leave the appliance unattended when in use. Keep the
appliance out of reach of children and people with limited capabilities.
8. Do not place on or near a gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
9. If the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner, do
not use it. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility
for repair.
10. Any accessory attachments which were not provided by the appliance
manufacturer should not be used. They may result in re, electric
shock, or cause injuries.
11. The appliance should be placed on at and dry surface. Do not place

Before First Use: Remove protective foam from the base of the Pour-Over
Coee Maker.
1. Place paper lter into the lter holder. Tap On/Tare to turn on the Pour-Over
Coee Maker.
The display will read “CUP”. An arrow indicator on the right side of the
display will be pointing toward the cup icon.
2. Tap Adjust to select between 1-4 cups. Tap Conrm to set the desired
amount.
An arrow indicator on the bottom of the display will be pointing toward the
strength options.
3. Tap Adjust to select one of the three strengths. Tap Conrm to set.
The arrow indicator on the right side of the display will point toward the
grinds icon and the display will show amount of grinds to use.
4. Add indicated amount of grinds into the lter. As you add grinds, the
display will show the remaining amount to add. Once you add the correct
amount, the Pour-Over Coee Maker will beep. If you add too much, the
display will read “HHH”.
5. When amount reaches 0, tap Conrm.
The arrow indicator on the right side of the display will point toward the
water icon. The display will indicate amount of water to add.
6. Slowly pour the indicated amount of water onto the grinds. As you pour
water, the display will show the remaining amount to add. Once you add
the correct amount the Pour-Over Coee Maker will beep. If you add too
much, the display will read “HHH”.
Notes:
• To switch between measuring grams/milliliters and ounces, press and
hold Mode/Unit.
• To switch between Automatic and Manual modes, tap Mode/Unit.
In Automatic mode the display will briey read “CUP”.
In Manual mode the display will briey read “000”.
• To turn machine o, press and hold On/Tare button.
To switch to manual mode see note on page 8. In this mode the Pour-Over
Coee Maker will serve as a scale.
Add grinds as desired. Then tap On/Tare and add the desired amount of water.
CLEANING
Clean the Filter Holder and Carafe with hot water, some dishwashing soap,
and a non-abrasive sponge.
BATTERIES
Use 3 AAA batteries to power the Pour-Over Coee Maker (batteries not
included).
Insert the batteries into the holder on the bottom of the unit, following
the + and - symbols.
Note: If display reads “L0,” replace the batteries.
WARRANTY & SERVICE
This Limited Warranty is for one full year from the date of purchase and
only valid when purchased from an authorized seller or retail location. It is
only applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable to a third
party user. Repair or replacement of defective parts is solely at the seller’s
discretion. In the event that repair isn’t possible, the seller will replace
the product/part. If product repair/ replacement won’t suce, the seller
has the option of refunding the cash value of the product or component
returned.
Product defects not covered under the Warranty provisions include
normal wear and damage incurred from use or accidental negligence,
misuse of instruction specications or repair by unauthorized parties. The
manufacturing company is not liable for any incidental or consequential
damages incurred by such circumstances.
