Before using this electrical appliance, the following basic precautions

2. Unplug the appliance when not in use.
3. All parts must be properly assembled before use.

or main unit in water or any other liquid.

malfunctions or is damaged, contact customer service.

1. Lift the Lever.
2. Add coee grinds into the
coee basket. Maximum
coee weight is 60 grams.
Note: We recommend starting
with 20 ounces of water and
50 grams of coee. Adjust
measurements according to
your preference.
3. Place the coee lter lid inside
the coee basket above the
coee grinds.
4. Screw the coee basket lid
onto the coee basket, until it
locks into place. For best results,
make sure the lid is screwed on
tightly.
5. Place the coee basket into the
water chamber. Align the open
lock icon with the arrow on the
inside of the water chamber and
turn clockwise to align the lock
icon with the arrow.
6. Add room temperature water
to the water chamber and place
it on the middle base. Turn the
water chamber clockwise to lock
it into place. Align the lock icon
with the arrow on the middle
base.
Note: The minimum amount of
water is 10 ounces / 2 cups and
the maximum is 25 ounces /
5 cups.

7. Place the water chamber lid on
top of the water chamber.
8. Push the lever down.
9. Place the coee carafe onto
the base plate.
10. Plug in the appliance.
11. Press the power button to
turn on the machine. Then
choose your brewing strength
by pressing one of the preset
options.
To customize the strength,
use the custom strength
controls to increase or
decrease the brewing time
from 2 minutes to 30 minutes.
The controls will increase /
decrease the brewing time
in 15 second increments.
12. Press the start button to
begin.
13. The coee will release into
the coee carafe when the
brewing cycle is complete.
Note: During the brewing
cycle, you can press the
release button to release
your cold brew coee.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste
at the end of its life, but hand it in at an ocial collection point for
recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment.

STORAGE
• Make sure all parts are
clean and dry.
• Store in a clean and dry
place.
1. Lift up the lever and remove the
coee basket.
2. Pour cold water into the water
chamber and put the water
chamber lid back on.
3. Run a few cycles to clean out the
cold brew.
4. The carafe, water chamber lid,
coee basket lid, coee lter lid,
coee basket, and water chamber
can all be cleaned in a dishwasher
or with warm soapy water and
rinsed thoroughly.
Note: Never immerse the main
unit in water or any other
liquid.

WARRANTY & SERVICE
This Limited Warranty is for one full year from the date
of purchase. It is applicable to the original purchaser
only and is not transferable to a third party user. Repair
or replacement of defective parts is solely at the seller’s
discretion. In the event that repair isn’t possible, the
seller will replace the product/part. If product repair/
replacement won’t suce, the seller has the option of
refunding the cash value of the product or component
returned.
Product defects not covered under the Warranty
provisions include normal wear and damage incurred
from use or accidental negligence, misuse of instruction
specications or repair by unauthorized parties.
The manufacturing company is not liable for any
incidental or consequential damages incurred by such
circumstances.
