It should appear in the Home app on the watch. Currently my Premis lock is only responding remotely with the Premis App and Home App after somebody has used it. After a short time it no longer responds via phone app or watch. I’m waiting for a customer service response in this issue.

The Apple HomeKit version is only Apple, will not work with Android.

If you have the Premis version, it’s a HomeKit device, not WI-FI, it will work through a Home Hub (iPad, Apple TV or Home Pod).
