IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
For all appliances:
the installation of appliances designed for manufactured (mobile)
homes must conform with the Manufactured Home Construction and
Safety Standard, Title 24, CFR, Part 3280 (formerly the Federal
Standard for Mobile Home Construction and Safety, Title 24, HUD
(Part 280)), or when such standard is not applicable, the Standard for
Manufactured Home Installations, ANSI/NCSBCS 225.1, or with
applicable local codes.
Leak testing of the appliance shall be conducted according to the
manufacturer’s instructions.
Assure that gas connection conforms with local codes and ordinances. In
the absence of local codes, installations must conform with American
National Standard, National Fuel Gas Code ANSI Z223/NFPA 54 or
Canadian CAN/CGA_B 149.1 or CAN/CGA-149.2.
The product must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes
or, in the absence of local codes, with the National Electrical Code, NFPA
70
or the Canadian Electric Code, CSA C22.1-02.
The appliance and its individual shutoff valve must be disconnected from
the gas supply piping system during any pressure testing of that system at
test pressure in excess of 1/2 psi (3.5 kPa). The maximum gas supply
pressure is 4 inch WC (water column) for natural gas and 11 inch WC for
LP. The gas
pressure regulator provided is regulated to 1 inch WC above
the manufacturer's
specified manifold pressure.
Always disconnect the electrical supply before servicing the appliance.

this or any other appliance.
What to do if you smell gas:
Do not try to turn on any appliance.
Do not touch any electrical switch. Do not
