needle
Needle is not in the correct position. Press the “Needle Position” button to raise
the needle.

Cannot lower the
presser foot with the
presser foot lever
Presser foot was raised using the “Presser Foot
Lifter” button.
Press the “Presser Foot Lifter” button to
lower the presser foot.

Bobbin is set incorrectly. Reset the bobbin. (If needle plate was
removed, reinstall needle plate and tighten
screws prior to installing bobbin case.)
