9 Enter a new name and then press OK. Go to step B.

0 Press Address. The software keyboard will appear on the LCD.

A Enter a new E-mail address and then press OK.

B Press OK.

NOTE

The LCD shows you a list of shortcuts using the E-mail address you changed. The shortcut settings will

automatically change.

Delete an E-mail Address 6

1 Press d or c to display to E-mail Server.

2 Press to E-mail Server, Address Book and then Edit.

3 Press a or b to display Delete.

4 Press Delete.

5 Press a or b until you find the E-mail address you want to delete.

6 Press the E-mail address and then OK.

7 Press Yes.

NOTE

You cannot delete an E-mail address used in a shortcut. Delete the shortcut first (see Rename or Delete

a Shortcut on page 164).

Set Up a Group 6

You can register up to 6 groups.

NOTE

Before setting up a group, you need to register more than one E-mail address.

1 Press d or c to display to E-mail Server.

2 Press to E-mail Server, Address Book and then Edit.

3 Press a or b to display Setup Groups.

4 Press Setup Groups and then Name.

5 Enter a group name and then press OK.

6 Press Add/Delete.
