#1 Is there a link to the correct cable that I need to purchase for this?

To use the Brother ADS-1200 you will need a Micro USB 3.0 Cable or a Micro USB 2.0 Cable.

#2 How do you sub folder like banking checking an savings ?

When you go to save your file make your main folder like banking go into that folder and make the next folder checking go back to main folder (banking) and make a folder savings. You can also set this up prior to scanning and saving

#3 The description says that it can scan to e-mail. Can anyone confirm this, and if you've used it, was it relatively easy to set up?

The Brother ADS-1200 scanner supports scan to e-mail attachment using your computer's default e-mail client.

#4 Is there an ethernet port?

The Brother ADS1200 machine only supports USB connection.

#5 Does this automatically crop pictures and documents?

The Brother ADS-1200 scanner does not crop scanned documents automatically.
