#1 Is there a warranty on this product and if so how long is it?

Yes, there is extended 5 year warranty + 10 years on the invertor

#2 How do we clean the door seal/bellow of Front loading washing machine?

Since a rubber packing is to block water from being leaked out outside of the door, molds and residual may form and be stuck in the rubber packing. Try to let it air-dry after using the machine and wipe it with adry cloth. If the level of pollution is very bad, then clean the rubber packing.

Open the washer door and remove any clothing or items from the washer.
Inspect the gray colored seal/bellow between the door opening and the basket for stained areas. Pull back the seal/bellow to inspect all areas under the seal/bellow and check for foeign object.
If you find stained areas, wipe down these areas of the seal/bellow with toothpaste using dry cloth.
Wipe the seal/bellow area using a damp cloth again.
Wipe down the area thoroughly with a dry cloth and let the washer interior air dry with the door open.

#3 Why are there blue stains on the laundry?

If laundry is coming out with bluish colored stains, it suggests the detergent compartment or the fabric softener compartment is being overfilled. When these compartments are overfilled, the detergent or fabric softener will immediately dispense into the wash tub, resulting in stains on the fabric.
Warning: Do not overfill the bleach compartment, as it will dispense immediately.
To prevent this kind of staining, fill the detergent and fabric softener compartments only to the max level indicator. See the illustrations below.
A normal cycle will add water to the drum and cycle back and forth a few times to evenly wet the load before any detergent is introduced into the wash tub. Once this action is complete, the detergent will be diluted and dispensed into the wash tub.
If you are experiencing this condition, run a sanitize cycle with no clothes to clean the machine. Then use the recommended amount of detergent and fabric softener when you wash your clothes.

#5 What does the "SUDS"mean on my washing machine display?

It means you are using detergent improperly. If your washing machine has the word "SUDS" on the display, it has detected an over-sudsing condition, and will stop for a short period to allow the suds to dissipate. This error code is usually caused by too much detergent, or the wrong type of detergent.
Samsung recommends using "HE" (High Efficiency) detergent, which is designed specifically for high efficiency front loader washing machines. "HE" detergent has high efficiency cleaning capabilities with low sudsing properties. Non "HE" detergent normally has high sudsing properties, and will cause excessive amounts of suds in your machine.
If you are already using "HE" detergent and your washing machine is displaying the "SUDS" error code, you may be using too much detergent. Please follow the detergent manufacturer's suggested amount of detergent. There are many different concentrations of laundry detergent. For example: 1x, 2x and 3x. Be sure to reduce the amount of laundry detergent accordingly.

#6 What should I do when the control panel buttons are not operating properly?
