#1 We have a split level house and would need to move the charging station to different levels on different days. How will this affect the mapping?

As long as you don’t move the charging station during the cleaning session it won’t matter. The robot starts to build a new map every time it start a cleaning cycle

#2 Can you use the mopping mode and somehow block the carpeted areas?

Hi. You could paste the virtual wall around carpet when robot is mopping. So that it will not go to carpet areas.

#3 What happened to the mop feature? It's missing from the xi home app.

Gentle mode(mop mode) will cut down the vacuum strength to lowest and robot will still suck when mop mode is enabled.
We update the plug-in and delete it for some reason. The robot could still mop without that option.
